Information For Authors

Technical Journal of Management Sciences (TJMS) welcomes submissions from researchers, academics, and professionals in business, financial, banking, quality, tourism and related disciplines. Authors are encouraged to adhere to the following guidelines to ensure a smooth and efficient submission process.

Manuscript Preparation:

Prepare your manuscript in English, following the provided TJMS template available on the journal's website. Clearly state the title, author names, affiliations, and contact information, including email addresses. Provide an abstract (maximum 250 words) summarizing the research's key objectives, methods, results, and conclusions.

Formatting Guidelines:

Use a standard font (e.g., Times New Roman, 12-point) and double-spacing throughout the document. Include figures, tables, and equations within the text and ensure they are appropriately labelled and cited. Follow the citation style specified in the TJMS guidelines (e.g., APA, IEEE).

Submission Process:

Submit your manuscript electronically through the online submission system on the TJMS website. Include a cover letter briefly explaining the significance of the research and confirming that the manuscript is an original work not submitted elsewhere.

Ethical Considerations:

Clearly disclose any conflicts of interest or funding sources related to the research. Ensure that the research involving human subjects or animals complies with ethical standards and provides necessary approvals.

Peer Review Process:

All submissions will undergo a rigorous peer-review process to ensure the quality and validity of the research. Authors may be required to address reviewer comments and revise the manuscript accordingly.

Copyright and Licensing:

Upon acceptance, authors will be required to transfer the copyright to TJMS. Details on licensing options will be provided.

Open Access Policy:

TJMS follows an open-access policy, allowing unrestricted access to published articles. TJMS does not impose any publication fees on authors. We believe in making scientific knowledge freely available without financial barriers.
