Aim and Scope

 

Welcome to the Technical Journal of Management Sciences (TJMS), a peer-reviewed open-access journal dedicated to advancing knowledge in the fields of business, financial, banking, quality management, tourism and related disciplines. TJMS serves as a platform for researchers, academics, and professionals to share their innovative research and contribute to the growing body of knowledge in business and management.

Aim:

TJMS is committed to fostering excellence in research and scholarship by providing a forum for the dissemination of high-quality, original research articles, reviews, and technical notes. Our mission is to contribute to the development of business, financial, banking, quality management, tourism methodologies, with a particular focus on addressing the unique challenges and opportunities present in the Iraqi context.

Scope:

TJMS covers a broad of topic, including but not limited to marketing, human resource, strategic management, operation management total quality management, tourism management, accountant and information technology application in management. TJMS is committed to the progress of knowledge in the diverse domains of business disciplines, including but not limit to the following fields:

The Technical Journal of Management Sciences (TJMS) is an international, double-blind peer-reviewed academic research journal published by the Technical College of Management - Baghdad / Middle Technical University-Baghdad-Iraq to meet the increasing demands of Iraq's academic community for a specialist business journal. It is published biannually, every six months, at a rate of two issues per year in the English language.

The submitted manuscript is subject to strict peer-review process by independent reviewers , and the journal is committed to providing services to researchers in terms of support throughout the publishing process in an effective manner.
