Copyright Policy


Technical Journal of Management Sciences (TJMS) is committed to promoting the dissemination of knowledge and facilitating the sharing of research findings. The journal adheres to the following copyright policy:

  • Copyright Ownership:

Upon acceptance of a manuscript for publication, authors retain the copyright of their work.

  • Licensing Agreement:

Authors grant TJMS the right to publish and distribute the accepted manuscript under a Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY). This license allows others to copy, distribute, display, and perform the work and derivative works based on it, provided proper attribution is given to the original author(s).

  • Author's Rights:

Authors maintain the right to use, reproduce, distribute, and display their published work for academic and non-commercial purposes. Authors may also self-archive the accepted manuscript on personal or institutional repositories, websites, or other platforms.

  • Commercial Use:

While TJMS encourages the free use, distribution, and adaptation of published works for non-commercial purposes, commercial use requires permission from the copyright holder (author) unless the work is licensed under a different agreement.

  • Archiving:

TJMS is committed to archiving published articles in reputable databases and indexes to ensure the long-term accessibility and preservation of scholarly content.

  • Republishing and Translation:

Requests for republishing or translating articles published in TJMS should be directed to the editorial team. Such requests will be subject to agreement with the original authors and proper attribution.

  • Third-Party Content:

Authors are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions for the use of third-party content (such as images, figures, or tables) included in their manuscripts.

  • Changes to Copyright Policy:

Changes or updates to the copyright policy will be communicated on the TJMS website.
